The Lillehammer DC2291CG is a small outdoor wall light in powder-coated cast aluminium, finished in cement grey (RAL 7033). The body measures 18.5 × 11 × 8 cm and the light leaves through optical safety glass in two beams, one up and one down.
How it lights
Two built-in LED modules draw 7.2 W together. Their output is 1024 lm, but the narrow double-sided optic with a 60° beam angle releases 219 lm from the luminaire — light that draws two bands on the wall rather than usable illumination of the ground below. Half of the output goes upwards (ULOR 50%).
2700 K is warm, close to an old incandescent bulb, and the spread between units stays within SDCM3, so several fittings in a row show the same tint. CRI 80 is enough on a facade, where the pattern of light matters more than colour fidelity.
24 V supply and what you need to add
The LED module runs on 24 V DC, so the fitting is not wired straight to 230 V mains. The manufacturer requires an external voltage-stabilised power supply, which is not included — a separate purchase and a separate place in the installation.
The module is suitable for dimming, but control happens on the supply side, according to the design of the installation. The light source is not user-replaceable: the manufacturer allows the LED to be changed by a professional only.
Mounting and outdoor use
The luminaire is fixed with two screws through ø5 mm holes spaced 45 × 130 mm. The terminals take conductors up to 2 × 2.5 mm², or up to 2 × 1.5 mm² when fittings are looped through; the EPDM gland closes on round cable 7 to 10.5 mm in diameter.
IP65 means protection against water jets from any direction and IK08 means impact resistance, which matters at hand height by a door or a driveway. The operating range of −30 to +50 °C covers winter.
