Lucide ESTEREL Taupe Pendant Light, 3×GU10-MR11, 116 cm, 21446/03/41

Lucide ESTEREL 21446/03/41 arranges three spherical, open metal shades beneath a rectangular ceiling canopy. Each shade has its own suspension cable, while slender curved rods outline the globes rather than enclosing them in a solid shell. The finish is matt taupe, a grey-brown colour.

Measure the table and the ceiling position

The fitting is 116 cm long and 25 cm deep, with three shades measuring 25 cm in diameter each. Its linear arrangement follows a rectangular dining table or kitchen island, rather than collecting all three light points around one central suspension. It can also mark the dining area within a living room. Compare the overall length with your tabletop and the position of the ceiling connection before choosing where to install it.

The total drop can be adjusted before installation between 70 and 156 cm. This is the distance from the ceiling to the bottom of the fitting, not the height of the shade alone. Your ceiling height therefore determines the remaining clearance above a table. The ceiling canopy measures 97 × 10 × 2.5 cm, another dimension to account for when planning the mounting position.

Choose both the correct cap and bulb size

Three GU10 bulbs in the compact MR11 format are required and are not included. Each position accepts a maximum of 25 W. Check both parts of the designation when buying bulbs: MR11 describes a size format, not the electrical cap on its own. LED bulbs are supported; Lucide recommends article 49094/04/30.

The fitting can be connected to an external dimmer, supplied separately. Dimming requires compatible dimmable bulbs and a suitable dimmer, rather than the pendant alone determining the result. Brightness and colour temperature depend on the bulbs you choose. The illuminated photograph is therefore not a promise of an included light source or a fixed light output.

An open structure rather than adjustable spotlights

The repeated curves of the metal rods and the straight canopy give ESTEREL a modern geometric appearance. The shades are not adjustable spotlight heads: the manufacturer specifies a non-directional fitting. It is intended for indoor installation and is electrical class I, requiring an earth connection. A qualified electrician should carry out the installation.
