Nordlux Canis 49370155 set of 3 recessed downlights, GU10 LED 4000K, brushed nickel

Nordlux Canis 49370155 is a set of three round recessed downlights in brushed nickel, supplied with replaceable 4000 K GU10 LED bulbs. A metal ring surrounds each light source, while the tilting inner section lets you alter its direction. The 3-Kit designation identifies three separate fittings, rather than a single downlight or a fitting with a permanently integrated LED module.

Plan three separate ceiling positions

Each fitting has an outside diameter of 8.5 cm and a height of 10.5 cm. The installation instructions specify a 6.5 cm cut-out. These measurements serve different purposes: the larger diameter describes the visible ring, not the hole to cut in the ceiling.

The packaging drawing shows a required installation space 11.5 cm high when using LED. The fittings must not be installed directly into insulation or covered with thermal insulation. Check those restrictions against the available space above your ceiling before choosing the three mounting positions. A small visible trim does not mean that the fitting needs no space behind it.

White light with an adjustable direction

The supplied LED source is rated at 4.7 W and 345 lm, with a 36° beam angle. Its 4000 K colour temperature produces white light that appears more neutral than typical warm 2700 K lighting. Nordlux identifies kitchens, entrances and hallways as uses for this version. Separate directional points allow the layout to follow the space rather than relying on one broad central light.

The inner section tilts through up to 30°, so you can change the direction without moving the ceiling opening. The 345 lm figure refers to the light source, not a combined output measurement for the installed three-piece set.

Replaceable bulbs and wall-dimmer control

GU10 bulbs can be replaced. The stated 50 W maximum is the permitted bulb rating, not the consumption of the included LED. Dimming uses a compatible wall-mounted dimmer; there is no control button on the visible trim.

The unornamented circular form suits modern and modernist interiors. Brushed nickel creates a visible metal border around each light point without a large shade hanging below the ceiling.
