NORLYS NORDLAND 7120GR outdoor wall and ceiling light 2×E27, graphite RAL 7016

NORLYS NORDLAND 7120GR is a square outdoor fitting designed for either wall or ceiling mounting. Its graphite RAL 7016 frame surrounds an opal cover, with pale side panels completing the restrained geometric shape.

A 28 cm square for the wall or overhead

The body measures 28 × 28 cm and projects 9.5 cm from its mounting surface. Compare those measurements with the available section of façade or the space above an entrance before choosing a position. On a ceiling, it is a surface-mounted fitting without a hanging cable or projecting arm.

The manufacturer specifies diffuse light and use around private properties and other architectural developments. Suitable placements include a terrace, balcony, garden pavilion or outdoor passage; wall mounting also allows lighting beside an entrance. The even square outline and plain frame work with modern, minimalist façades rather than relying on decorative ornament.

Two replaceable lamps, not a fixed LED module

Inside are two E27 holders for LED bulbs rated at a maximum of 9 W each. Bulbs are not supplied. You choose their colour temperature and other light characteristics separately, so the warm illumination shown in installation photographs is not a fixed feature of this version.

The instructions specify bulb diameters of 55–60 mm and a length of up to 110 mm. Check both measurements rather than selecting by the E27 cap alone: the bulb also needs to fit beneath the cover. Replaceable light sources allow a failed bulb to be changed without replacing the entire fitting.

Construction and installation requirements

The housing is powder-coated cast aluminium, while the opal cover is UV-stabilised polycarbonate. A silicone gasket and EPDM cable gland are part of the construction. IP65 provides protection against dust and water jets; it does not mean the fitting can be submerged.

This Class I luminaire requires a protective earth connection and a 220–240 V supply. Installation should be carried out by a qualified electrician. The manufacturer specifies two 5 mm fixing holes and 150 × 170 mm spacing. The instructions require a round cable with a diameter of 7–10.5 mm and proper preservation of the gasket seal.
