Oppland Wood 2365GR is a bollard light 85 cm tall and 12 cm in diameter. The head and base are powder-coated cast aluminium in graphite (RAL 7016), and the shaft is clad in painted Scandinavian pine. The LED module is built in, so there is no bulb to buy.
How it lights
The clear, textured polycarbonate lens sits in an angled cut-out in the head, and the manufacturer describes the light as shielded and directed downwards. The bollard therefore lights the path and the ground around it, without glare and without washing the facade. At 10.1 W it gives 312 lm at 4000 K, a neutral white, with CRI 80. That is enough to mark and light a path, driveway or entrance, not to light a whole garden. The stated lifetime is over 50,000 hours, and the LED module and driver can be replaced by a service technician.
It can be dimmed with a trailing-edge phase dimmer. A leading-edge dimmer is not supported.
Installation and wiring
The base bolts down through three ø9 mm holes set at 120° on a ø65 mm circle. No anchor is included: the manufacturer sells a concrete-in anchor (205ZX0010), a ground anchor (206GA0010) and an anchor mounting module (206GA0S10) separately. The terminals take conductors up to 2 × 4 mm² and allow looping through, so several bollards along a path run from one cable of up to 12.5 mm diameter. The fitting is protection class II and needs no earth conductor.
Durability and style
IP65 means dust-tight and protected against water jets, and IK09 means high impact resistance, which matters beside a path that people walk and mow along. Hot-dip galvanised steel and a silicone gasket protect the interior. Wood paired with graphite metal gives a Scandinavian look that suits a garden, hotel grounds or a restaurant terrace.
