Bollard light Norlys Lillesand 2343 light grey LED 9.2 W 4000 K 49 cm

Lillesand 2343 is a low cylindrical bollard light, 12 cm in diameter and 49 cm tall, cast in aluminium and powder-coated in light grey RAL 9006. The top 16 cm of the body is a satin PMMA diffuser that glows all the way round, through 360°. The LED module and driver are built in, so there is no bulb to buy.

How much light, and what kind

The fitting draws 9.2 W and, according to the maker, delivers 956 lm — a little more than an old 60 W incandescent bulb. 4000 K is neutral white with no yellow cast, and a CRI of 80 renders the colours of plants, paving and façades accurately.

Light leaves a band roughly 33–49 cm above the ground. The maker quotes a ULOR of 33% and a BUG rating of B1-U3-G1, meaning about a third of the output goes above the level of the diffuser. That matters if the bollard stands below a window or where you want to limit light directed at the sky.

The fitting can be dimmed with a phase dimmer: the maker approves both trailing-edge and leading-edge dimmers, so it works with either common type.

Installation and wiring

The bollard is bolted down with three screws through ø9 mm holes set at 120° on a 65 mm circle. Anchoring parts are bought separately: ground anchor 206, concrete-in anchor 205, concrete foundation adapter 206S or mounting adapter 3080GA.

The terminals take conductors up to 2 × 4 mm² and round-sheathed cable 8–12.5 mm in diameter. The fitting can be looped through (up to 2 × 2.5 mm²), so several bollards in a row run from one supply line. Protection class II means double insulation — no earth conductor is required.

Build and durability

IP65 means the fitting is dust-tight and protected against water jets, so it can stand outdoors without cover. IK08 is resistance to a 5 J impact.

The LED module and driver can be replaced by a professional service — the maker offers service kit ZS2343 for this. The fitting weighs 3.44 kg.
