Outdoor wall light KONYO Nordlux E27 2x40W metal black

The KONYO outdoor wall light from Nordlux has two shades of clear, vertically ribbed glass, one above the other. A black metal band separates them, and a short arm leads to a round wall plate. Variant 2115301003 is black; the producer datasheet lists EAN 5704924009600 and the title wall light.

Height is 36.6 cm, and both width and shade diameter are 9.8 cm. Projection from the wall is 19.4 cm, so the mounting face needs at least that much clear space in front of it. The dimension drawing labels 9.5 cm on the wall plate. Net weight of the fitting is 1.1 kg.

Two E27 sockets on one circuit

There are two light points, one in each shade. The datasheet states a maximum bulb wattage of 2x40W and an E27 socket. Parallel connection is marked true, so both sources operate together rather than as separately switched zones. Colour temperature and luminaire lumens are not on the sheet; they follow the E27 lamp. Do not exceed 40 W per socket. No supplied lamp is named, so the sources are chosen separately and must stay within that limit.

The glass is clear and ribbed, not opal. The lamp shows through the shade, and the vertical grooves break its image into stripes. No dimming parameter is on the sheet, so a built-in dimmer is not established.

Exterior wall, IP54 and Class I

The manual calls this an outdoor lamp. IP54 means protection against dust in amounts that would impair operation, and against water splashes from any direction. It is not for immersion or a hose jet. The datasheet voltage is 220-240 V. Class I means a protective-earth terminal: the yellow-green conductor must be connected to earth.

The mounting place is a facade wall or a wall by an entrance, not a bollard and not a lamp post. Compare the 36.6 cm height and 19.4 cm projection with the space beside a door frame or under a canopy. The sales box on the sheet is 20.5 x 21 x 21 cm. Three pieces refers to the master carton, not one box.

Black band and vertical glass

Black metal, a plain wall plate and two glass capsules without lantern ornament place KONYO on the modern and Scandinavian side. Ribbing is the only texture in the glass. On the packshot the band is black and non-gloss. After dark, the light follows the E27 lamp, not the fitting alone.
