The V-TAC VT-4202 is a round recessed ceiling fitting for a GU10 lamp. Its white aluminium housing measures 99 mm across and 34 mm high, so it creates a neat, unobtrusive lighting point in a suspended ceiling. The movable inner ring lets the installer aim the light toward a selected part of the interior.

This fitting uses a replaceable GU10 light source; a bulb is not included. That gives the project flexibility to select a compatible lamp with the preferred output and colour of light. A 90 mm mounting cut-out is required. The IP20 protection rating identifies this model for indoor use in conditions appropriate to that rating.

Practical use

Its adjustable beam direction is useful for accent lighting in a living room, bedroom, entrance hall, corridor, office, hotel or restaurant. Several fittings can be arranged across a ceiling to light circulation space or draw attention to a chosen area. The simple round profile and white finish suit contemporary interiors.
