Sigma PEDRA 40867 – layered steel with a warm outline

PEDRA 40867 brings together two irregular, softly rounded planes. A larger black plate establishes the outer silhouette, while a smaller grey element projects in front. Both are made from lacquered steel. The contrast between the dark background and lighter centre reveals the layered construction even when the wall light is switched off.

Concealed light between the panels

An integrated 7 W LED module provides warm 3000 K light with an output of approximately 350 lm. The source is hidden from a frontal view. Light escapes around the smaller panel, reflecting from the rear plate and the wall. In the illuminated photograph it forms an asymmetric halo, strongest close to the fitting and gradually fading across the background. PEDRA is therefore suited to evening accent lighting beside a bed, sofa or console, or along a hall, rather than replacing the room's principal light.

Giving the silhouette room
