Molde DC1905GB is a low bollard light made of cast aluminium, powder-coated in beige grey (RAL 7006). On top of the slim profile sits a head with a clear, structured, UV-stabilised polycarbonate diffuser, shielded from above. This is the 24 V DC low-voltage version, so it needs a separate power supply to run.
24 V supply and what you need to buy
The fitting requires an external voltage-stabilised 24 V DC power supply, which is not included; the manufacturer reserves choosing the supply and carrying out the installation for a qualified person. In return the bollard works in protection class III, on safety extra-low voltage, with no protective earth.
The terminals take conductors up to 2 × 4 mm² and allow looping through to the next fitting at the same cross-section – at 24 V a larger cross-section limits voltage drop over a longer run. The gland accepts round cable of 5–12 mm diameter. The LED module is suitable for dimming; control is handled at the power supply, according to the installation design.
What light it gives
Two LED modules draw 7.2 W together, and the fitting delivers 435 lm at 2700 K – warm, yellowish light close to a classic incandescent bulb. The diffuser is shielded from above and sends light sideways and down: the manufacturer states a ULOR of 2.89% and a BUG rating of B0-U1-G0, so the bollard lights the path and the bed edge, not the sky.
Size and installation
The bollard is 50 cm tall with a 16.5 × 11 cm cross-section and weighs 1.48 kg. It is fixed through four ø7 mm holes spaced 18 × 50 mm. Anchors and adapters are separate items: concrete-in anchor 1907, ground anchor 1908, concrete foundation adapter 1909 and mounting adapters 1906, 3081 and 3090. IP54 protects the fitting against splashing water and rain.
The manufacturer intends it for private grounds – a terrace, driveway or garden path. The same line includes DC1903 at 3000 K and version 1903, which runs directly on 230 V mains.
