Italux Filano WL-33574-1-GD is a gold wall light with a white spherical glass shade. A vertical metal body stands in front of a round wall plate, with the globe above an elongated cylinder. This version takes one replaceable G9 light source rather than using a permanently integrated LED module.
Allow for the complete outline
The overall height is 22.6 cm, the width is 8.4 cm and the manufacturer's stated length is 9 cm. Italux also lists a separate height of 15 cm, so use the overall measurement when deciding how much wall space the complete fitting requires. Compare its outline with the available surface and nearby furniture before choosing the mounting position.
Wall mounting leaves a table or shelf free of a lamp base. Filano can be considered for supplementary lighting in a living room, dining room, bedroom or hallway, including hotel interiors. Whether it supplies enough light for the intended purpose depends on the bulb selected. The fitting itself should not be treated as a guarantee of whole-room illumination.
Choose the G9 bulb separately
No light source is included. The fitting accepts one conventional or LED G9 bulb with a maximum power of 5 W. Its light colour and brightness therefore depend on the separately purchased source. Check colour temperature and luminous flux as well as wattage when choosing a bulb; the wattage limit alone does not specify the resulting brightness.
The replaceable source can later be exchanged for another compatible bulb. The manufacturer permits dimming with a suitable light source. A G9 base does not make every bulb dimmable, so check both the bulb's dimming capability and its compatibility with the intended control before purchasing.
A restrained gold-and-white form
The body is made from a metal alloy and the shade from glass. The gold finish, white globe and undecorated cylinder suit modern and minimalist compositions. Their compact geometric arrangement remains a visible wall accent even when the light is switched off.
