Italux Palmoni 4×GU10 ceiling spotlights, satin nickel and chrome, 72 cm SPL-2024-4

Italux Palmoni SPL-2024-4 combines four adjustable spotlights on a straight ceiling bar. The metal-alloy body pairs satin nickel with chrome, with polished rings contrasting against the quieter surfaces of the cylindrical heads. This fitting takes replaceable GU10 bulbs rather than a built-in LED module.

Direct four heads towards different areas

The adjustable spotlights let you aim light at separate parts of a room without relocating the complete fitting. In a living room, the heads can face a wall or selected furnishings; in a hallway, their direction can follow the layout of the space. This is a directional ceiling light, not an evenly illuminated panel. Its light distribution also depends on the beam angle of the bulbs you choose.

The manufacturer identifies kitchens and children's rooms among its intended settings. Four light sources do not, by themselves, establish the room size that the fitting can illuminate. Compare the lumen output and beam angle of your chosen GU10 bulbs with the room layout and the surfaces you want to light before deciding whether it meets your needs.

Allow for a 72 cm ceiling bar

The fitting measures 72 cm long, 12 cm wide and 18 cm high; the manufacturer also lists a diameter of 6 cm. A round central canopy connects the straight bar to the ceiling, while four short cylindrical heads form an elongated arrangement. Check the available space against nearby walls and furniture, as well as the position of the electrical supply point.

Unlike a pendant light, Palmoni has no hanging cables. Its simple geometry and contrast between satin and polished surfaces suit modern, modernist and minimalist interiors. The metal cylinders remain a visible part of the design when the light is switched off.

Choose four GU10 bulbs separately

Bulbs are not included. The manufacturer permits conventional or LED sources and specifies a maximum power of 35 W. Brightness and colour temperature therefore depend on the bulbs selected. Dimming is possible with suitable light sources, rather than being guaranteed with every LED bulb. If you intend to adjust the brightness, check that the bulbs and the proposed dimmer are compatible before choosing them.
