Lighting column Norlys Trysil 1063AL aluminium LED 20 W 4000 K DALI2 300 cm

Trysil 1063AL is a complete lighting column, 300 cm tall, with a single arm that reaches 71 cm from the shaft axis and ends in a flat LED luminaire. The shaft and arm are extruded aluminium profile powder-coated in the aluminium colour RAL 9006, and the cover is clear, textured, UV-stabilised polycarbonate. At the foot is a square 180 mm base plate.

How much light it gives and how it spreads

The luminaire draws 20 W and delivers 2054 lm; the LED modules themselves produce 3324 lm, and the whole luminaire reaches 102.7 lm/W. 4000 K is a neutral white typical of driveway and car-park lighting, and CRI 80 is enough to recognise colours and faces after dark. The light is diffused and directed downward in a hemisphere; the BUG rating B1-U1-G1 means little light goes up or sideways, which matters when the column stands near a neighbour's windows.

Control and service

The built-in driver works on DALI2, so dimming and schedules need a DALI controller. The LED modules and the driver are replaced by a qualified service, for which Norlys offers service kit ZS1087. The manufacturer rates the modules at 52,600 h to 90% of initial flux (L90) and 102,000 h to 80% (L80), and the driver at 50,000 h.

Installation and what to buy separately

The column weighs 19.2 kg and ships in a 44 × 38 × 232 cm carton — a size to check on delivery. No foundation is included: the installation manual lists the separately sold B-50 concrete foundation (3091GA0009) and a sealed junction box with a 6 A fuse (7666ZX0009). The terminals take conductors up to 5 × 4 mm² and allow looping the supply to the next column (up to 5 × 2.5 mm²), with round cable up to ø12.5 mm. It is protection class I, so the circuit needs a protective earth; inrush current is 5 A / 50 µs.

IP65 means a dust-tight luminaire protected against water jets, and IK10 is the highest impact-resistance class — relevant for a shaft standing beside a driveway or path. Norlys intends Trysil for lighting private grounds: driveways, paths, parking spaces by the house and the surroundings of buildings.
