Trysil 1024BL is a NORLYS integrated lighting pole 350 cm tall, with two arms spanning 118 cm. The shaft and arms are extruded aluminium profile, powder-coated black (RAL 9005), and the LED modules sit under the arms behind a textured, UV-stabilised polycarbonate diffuser. The pole arrives as a complete luminaire — the heads are part of it, not a separate order.
How much light it gives
Four Cree LED modules draw 34 W in total. The sources themselves produce 5496 lm, and 3347 lm leaves the luminaire at 3000 K, a warm white. Light is distributed as a downward half-sphere; a ULOR of 0.4% means practically nothing shines into the sky. The manufacturer computed the photometry for a mounting height of 3.5 m, i.e. for this pole. CRI 80 and SDCM3 are typical values for area lighting.
The luminaire can be dimmed with a phase dimmer and works with both trailing-edge (TE) and leading-edge (LE) controls. The driver is included.
Lifetime and service
The manufacturer states an L80 module lifetime of 102,000 hours, L90 of 52,600 hours, and 50,000 hours for the driver. The LED modules and the driver are replaced by a professional service; service kit ZS1024zx0009 is available for this pole, so a failure means replacing a part rather than the whole pole.
Installation and connection
The pole weighs 25.7 kg and ships in a carton 232 cm long. It is installed according to the enclosed instructions, and any other mounting accessories must be bought separately. The terminals take conductors up to 3 × 4 mm², and luminaires can be looped through with cable up to 3 × 2.5 mm²; the gland takes cable up to 12.5 mm in diameter. The pole is protection class I and needs a protective earth. IP65 means it is dust-tight and resists water jets, and IK10 is the highest impact rating on that scale. Installation must be carried out by a suitably qualified person.
