Luces Exclusivas PECA LE44272 Brown and Black LED Pendant Light 17 W 60 cm

PECA LE44272 by Luces Exclusivas is a pendant light with a broad, shallow brown shade, a black ceiling canopy and a black suspension. Its metal-and-glass construction is defined visually by the horizontal sweep of the shade rather than a cluster of decorative arms. This version measures 60 cm in diameter and includes an integrated LED light source.

Allow for the full width of the shade

Compare the 60 cm diameter with the width of your dining table or kitchen island before choosing the fitting. A shallow shade still occupies considerably more horizontal space than a small single pendant. The manufacturer specifies a height of 153 cm. Check that measurement against your ceiling height and the surface below the lamp rather than relying on the proportions in a photograph.

The broad form supports use over a dining table, a table in a living area or a suitably sized kitchen island. If it hangs away from furniture, also check the clear space beneath the shade. The same dimensional checks apply to restaurant tables and hotel seating areas. None of these placements means that a single fitting should automatically be treated as sufficient lighting for the entire room.

Warm LED light without dimming

The light source is integrated and supplied, so this version does not call for a separately selected screw-in bulb. The manufacturer lists 17 W, a source luminous flux of 858 lm and a colour temperature of 3000 K. That is a warm light colour, worth considering when combining PECA with other fittings. The lamp is not dimmable, so it should not be selected for a scheme that requires brightness adjustment through a dimmer.

A simple outline in brown and black

The black suspension contrasts with the brown shade. A single wide element, rather than branching arms, gives this pendant its uncluttered geometry. That form supports modern, modernist and minimalist interiors. When coordinating nearby lighting, use both the brown shade and the black components above it as reference points, rather than matching only one part of the fitting.
