NORLYS Hammerfest 5131AL Post-Top Luminaire for Ø60 Pole, LED 32.5 W 3000 K, DALI2, Light Grey RAL 9006

Hammerfest 5131AL is a post-top luminaire head: a flat, round shade 55 cm across sits on three inclined arms that meet in a sleeve slid onto the pole. The head is 76 cm tall, and its cast-aluminium body is powder-coated light grey (RAL 9006). The pole is not included.

Mounting on the pole

The luminaire fits a pole with a Ø60 mm spigot and slides 95 mm onto it; the pole and other accessories, including mounting adapter 154, are sold separately. Power comes through a 6 m H05RN-F 6G1 cable, connected in a junction box inside the pole. The head weighs 9.18 kg and has a side area of 0.1 m², the figure used when choosing a pole for wind load.

It is a class I luminaire, so it must be connected to protective earth. IP65 means a dust-tight housing protected against water jets, IK07 gives its impact resistance, and surge immunity is 6/10 kV. Inrush current is 26 A for 180 µs, so the manufacturer allows at most 18 luminaires on a B 10 A breaker and 28 on a B 16 A one.

Light and control

The 28.8 W LED module produces 4311 lm, and 3974 lm leave the luminaire at 32.5 W, or 122.3 lm/W: an output for general lighting, not decoration. The satin PMMA shade diffuses the light and directs it downwards; only 2% of the output goes upwards (BUG rating B2-U2-G1). 3000 K is warm white, and CRI 80 with SDCM 3 keeps the tint consistent across several luminaires in a row. The manufacturer calculated the light distribution for a 4 m mounting height.

The driver supports DALI2 and NightDim (4DIM) control. It is programmed for full current at the factory, and Norlys sets other parameters by arrangement with its sales department. The manufacturer rates the module at over 102,000 h to 80% output (L80) and over 52,600 h to 90% (L90), and the driver at 100,000 h. The LED module and driver are replaced by a professional service, and Norlys supplies spare parts and a repair kit for this luminaire.
