The Modena 302BL is a complete garden lamp post in a classic style: a pole carrying two hexagonal lanterns topped with finials on a decorative arm. The body is powder-coated cast aluminium in black (RAL 9005), and the lantern panes are clear, UV-stabilised polycarbonate.
Height, spread and what is in the set
The pole is telescopic, so the overall height can be set anywhere from 184 to 272 cm — compare the top figure with the height of the eaves or nearby trees. The two lanterns sit 65 cm apart and each lantern is 25 cm wide. The set consists of three Norlys articles: the two-lantern luminaire (art. 3020), the terminal (art. 3040) and the pole (art. 3010). Other accessories are ordered separately.
Mounting and connection
The pole base is bolted down through three Ø10.5 mm holes spaced 120° apart on a Ø240 mm circle. Sold separately: concrete foundation 7668, concrete anchor 305, ground anchor 306, concrete-foundation adapter 108 and mounting adapter 6010GA. The terminals take conductors up to 4×2.5 mm² and allow the supply to be looped on to the next lamp, and the gland accepts round cables from 6 to 12.5 mm in diameter. The lamp is protection class II, so it needs no earth conductor.
What light it gives
Each lantern has an E27 socket for an A55–A60 shaped bulb, LED up to 9 W — two bulbs in total. The manufacturer's card does not list light sources in the set composition, so you choose the colour and brightness yourself, and bulbs are changed without a service visit. IP54 means protection against water splashed from any direction, enough for a lamp standing in a garden. The manufacturer intends it for gardens and parks, and it also suits hotel and restaurant grounds.
