Italux Gater pendant light, black with opal glass, E27, 28 cm, PND-23541A-1-BK-OP

Italux Gater PND-23541A-1-BK-OP is a single pendant with a rounded, milky-white glass shade. Its black ceiling canopy, slender suspension cable and cylindrical section above the glass contrast with the pale shade. The fitting combines metal alloy and glass, with an opening visible underneath the rounded body.

Allow for the complete suspended height

The shade measures 28 cm in diameter. Italux lists a height of 27 cm and an overall height of 120 cm; these are separate measurements, not interchangeable descriptions of the drop. Compare the overall dimension with your ceiling height and the position of any table or furniture beneath the light before choosing its location.

This is one compact shade rather than a branching chandelier. Consider it for living rooms, bedrooms, studies, dining rooms or kitchens, choosing bulb brightness to suit the space. Above a table, the diameter helps you assess the shade's proportions against the furniture. In a hallway or circulation area, check the space remaining below the suspended fitting rather than judging suitability from its diameter alone.

A separately chosen E27 bulb

Gater has one E27 socket and is supplied without a light source. It accepts a conventional or LED bulb with a maximum power of 40 W. That figure is the permitted bulb limit, not a brightness rating. Light output and colour temperature depend on the bulb you select, so compare those specifications separately when planning the lighting.

The manufacturer allows dimming with an appropriate light source. For that function, choose a dimmable bulb and compatible control equipment; an E27 base by itself does not establish dimmer compatibility.

Opal glass with a black outline

The milky glass surrounds the light source, giving a different appearance from a clear shade with an exposed decorative bulb. Its flattened rounded shape and straight black components support a modern, modernist interior scheme. When coordinating other fittings, compare the opal glass and black finish as well as the Gater family name, since the collection includes different versions.
