Andy uses a small set of shapes to make a clearly defined wall feature. A round black backplate supports an upright member and a short horizontal arm in painted steel. One spherical shade in white glass hangs directly beneath the arm. The globe remains fully visible rather than being enclosed by the frame, so it becomes the visual centre of the fitting; the black metal forms a crisp right-angled outline above and beside it. This balance of a pale curved volume and dark straight lines suits schemes that call for compact lighting with a graphic rather than ornate character.
