LEX GOLD 433 is a pendant light with three black wire shades shaped like elongated, faceted cages. Each shade hangs on its own cord from a shared rectangular ceiling bar, and gold lampholders sit inside the cages — which is where the GOLD in the name comes from. The lamp belongs to the LEX series by the Polish manufacturer Keter Lighting.
Dimensions and where to hang it
The ceiling bar is 60 cm long and 19 cm wide, and the three shades hang in a single row along it. This layout lights a strip roughly as long as the bar, so compare those 60 cm with the length of the table, worktop or hallway it will hang over. The overall height of the lamp is 120 cm — subtract it from your ceiling height to see how much room is left below the shades.
Bulbs and light
The lamp has three E27 holders for bulbs of up to 60 W each. Bulbs are not included. Because the wire shades do not hide the source, the bulb is visible from every side — which is why decorative filament bulbs are the usual choice here, and the light colour is up to you. The shades do not diffuse the light, so they cast the shadow of the wire pattern around the room.
The fitting is rated IP20 and is for indoor use only.
Where it fits
Open metal shades and exposed bulbs make a modern form in which the black wire contrasts with the gold lampholders. The manufacturer intends the lamp for living rooms, hallways and kitchens, as well as restaurants and cafés. The packed weight is 2.5 kg.
