Norlys Trysil 1042BL LED garden pole light, black RAL 9005, 400 cm, 23.3 W, 3000 K

Norlys Trysil 1042BL is a four-metre garden pole light with two arms branching into a Y-shaped outline. Its aluminium profile has a black RAL 9005 powder-coated finish, while flat lighting heads give the fitting an angular appearance without an ornamental crown.

Dimensions for an outdoor lighting plan

The 400 cm height distinguishes this version from low path bollards. The complete fitting measures 118 cm in length and 24 cm in width, so siting needs to account for both the pole height and the span of its upper section. The manufacturer specifies gardens, private grounds and architectural applications. Park paths, driveways and the outdoor grounds of hotels or restaurants are also reasonable settings; placement must follow a lighting design rather than height alone.

Plain surfaces and sharply angled arms suit modern and modernist architecture. This is a geometric outdoor fitting for schemes that call for straight lines instead of the decorative silhouette of a traditional park lantern.

Included LED modules and DALI2 control

Two included LED modules provide warm-white light at 3000 K. The complete luminaire delivers 3277 lm and uses 23.3 W. These figures differ from the light-source ratings: the manufacturer lists 3382 lm and 19.7 W for the modules themselves. Its Ledil VSM lens provides an IESNA Type V distribution, which needs to be considered when deciding the spacing between poles.

The driver supports DALI2 / NightDim. Programming beyond the maximum-current setting is arranged with the manufacturer's sales department. Both the LED light sources and control gear are replaceable by a professional service, not by treating them as ordinary screw-in bulbs.

Installation and separately purchased fittings

The transparent cover is UV-stabilised polycarbonate. The fitting is rated IP65 and IK10 and requires a 220–240 V supply and installation by an appropriately qualified person. Mounting adapter 1259, ground anchor 180 and concreting anchor 3091 are sold separately. Select the fixing arrangement from the installation instructions and the conditions at the intended site.
