Italux Santia SPL-65342-2-BRO-AMB is a ceiling spotlight with two adjustable heads. A brass-coloured steel structure supports cylindrical shades made from amber glass. Both lamp holders sit on one straight bar connected to a round ceiling canopy, making this a single fitting rather than two separately mounted lights.
A short bar with adjustable heads
Italux specifies a length of 28 cm, width of 20 cm and height of 16 cm. Compare all three measurements with the available ceiling space before choosing its position: the bar length alone does not describe the whole fitting. The visible construction has neither a hanging cable nor a long suspension, so Santia is an option when you want lighting close to the ceiling rather than a pendant.
The adjustable heads let you change their orientation. Consider this arrangement for a hallway, kitchen or living room where two light positions on a shared bar suit the lighting plan. The transparent, tinted shades leave the bulbs visible, which means the appearance of your chosen light sources also becomes part of the fitting's appearance.
Two E14 holders and a choice of light sources
Santia has two E14 sockets and accepts conventional bulbs or LED light sources. Brightness and light colour therefore depend on the bulbs used, rather than on a fixed LED module. When selecting bulbs, take account of the manufacturer's stated maximum power of 40 W and the space inside the glass shades.
Dimming is possible with a suitable light source. If you intend to use that function, choose bulbs and controls that are compatible with each other. An E14 base by itself does not mean every bulb can be dimmed.
Brass colour on a steel body
The specified materials are steel and glass; brass describes the finish colour, not a solid brass body. The straight bar, circular canopy and repeated cylindrical shades give the fitting a modern character. Amber glass distinguishes this version from Santia fittings with smoked shades, so check the article-code suffix as well when choosing other lights from the family.
