LED PRO A 24-0000-38 is a single-ended connector for 10 mm RGB/CCT LED strips, supplied without a cable. Its transparent polycarbonate housing contains copper contacts. Pins pierce the strip's PCB to make the connection without soldering.

Check the contact layout, not just the strip name

This version has four contacts, identified by the manufacturer as 4PIN. Match both the strip width and the arrangement of its contact pads before choosing the connector. The RGB/CCT designation does not replace those mechanical and electrical checks. Article code 24-0000-38 and EAN 5904405901304 identify this particular four-pin version rather than another member of the PRO family.

The single-ended design connects a strip to wires. It is not a double-ended coupling for directly joining two strip sections. Because this version has no cable, the required cable length needs to be considered separately when planning the installation; this connector is not a ready-made extension lead.

Allow space for the connector body

The connector measures 22 × 14 × 7 mm. Although the compatible strip is 10 mm wide, the body is wider, so a confined installation space needs to be checked against the full connector dimensions.

The latch and piercing pins form the connection without a solder joint. The transparent housing leaves the contact structure visible. This is a technical component of strip lighting, selected for its connection requirements rather than a particular decorative room style.

Electrical limits and sealing

The manufacturer's values are 5/12/24 V DC and a maximum current of 2 A. The connector does not convert voltage or replace a power supply or controller; those values must suit the circuit as a whole.

Use with IP20 and IP65 strips is supported. To retain IP65 protection, the manufacturer requires the connection to be sealed separately. Closing the latch alone does not provide that seal.
