IP20 LED strip
The IP20 parameter for LED tapes defines the most common degree of waterproofing found on the market. IP20 LED strips are designed for use wherever there is no danger of excessive moisture or exposure to water. The LED strip specified with such a class of waterproofness allows exposure to dry dust and dust, thanks to the protective layer that the LEDs mounted on the strip are covered with.

The CRI parameter determines how the light reflects the colors of the illuminated object, allowing them to be perceived in the most natural way, close to how they appear when exposed to daylight emissions. We measure the CRI parameter in the range between 0 and 100, assuming that the higher its value, the closer we are to the effect of daylight. The use of LED strips with a CRI above 80 allows for more natural and pleasant color reproduction on the illuminated objects.

3528 LED is an energy-saving diode with a small size. Tape density is the number of diodes on the tape. On high-density tapes there is no phenomenon of beads, i.e. visible points of light. The higher the density of the LED strip, the more uniform the light is. LED strips with a density of 60 LEDs per meter are strips in which it is possible to achieve uniform light. With the selection of the right profile and shade, you can achieve the effect of a line of light.
Requires installation of power supply
LED strips are powered by low, safe voltage. To connect them you need a power supply. The choice of power supply depends on the parameters of the LED strip. 12V tapes need a power supply with an output voltage of 12V.Another important aspect is the appropriate power. The power of the power supply must be adapted to the power and length of the tape to be mounted. If a section of LED strip is 5m long, the power of the LED strip should be multiplied times 5. It's worth adding a 10% power reserve. We offer furniture, hermetic or slim power supplies: their choice depends on the place of installation.
Why choose a professional version of LED tape ?
Professional LED tapes are a proven and thoroughly tested product in our photometric laboratory. Many years of experience in the lighting industry has allowed us to work out the important details of high quality LED tape and its long life.
Professional tapes, unlike Standard tapes, are characterized by a higher luminous flux, so that despite the use of the same power of LED tape, the light output of a professional tape can be up to half that of a Standard tape.
An additional advantage of using a professional tape is that the life of the tape is more than twice as long.
Another advantageous feature of professional tapes is their repeatability. The selection of LEDs is at a much higher level, so we can get a uniform color along the entire length of the tape (+- 10%).
