Lighting Column NORLYS TRYSIL 1094AL light grey RAL 9006 LED 12.2W 3000K DALI2 400 cm

Trysil 1094AL is a complete 4 m lighting column with a single arm. The upright is an extruded aluminium profile, powder-coated light grey (RAL 9006), that turns at the top into an arm reaching 71 cm and ending in a flat LED head under a clear, UV-stabilised polycarbonate cover. The LED module and driver are built in, so there is no light source to buy.

Where it fits and how it lights

Norlys intends Trysil for gardens, private grounds and other architectural settings – at 4 m it is a column for a park path, a driveway or a longer access road. A Ledil SCL lens gives an IESNA type II/III distribution: light stretched along the road rather than a round pool beneath the column.

The luminaire delivers 1594 lm from 12.2 W at 3000 K, a warm white. ULOR 0% and a BUG rating of B1-U1-G1 mean no light leaves above the head, so the column does not light up the sky. CRI 70 is typical for road and path lighting. The manufacturer rates both the LED module (L90B10) and the driver at 100,000 hours.

Control and connection

The driver runs on DALI2 / NightDim, so brightness is controlled over a DALI bus – an ordinary phase dimmer will not work. It leaves the factory programmed for maximum current, and Norlys sets other parameters by arrangement with its sales department. The luminaire is protection class I and needs the protective earth connected. The terminals take conductors up to 5 × 4 mm² and allow the next column to be looped through (up to 5 × 2.5 mm²), with a round cable of up to ø13.6 mm. The card also states how many columns one breaker can carry: B10A – 18, B16A – 29, C10A – 30, C16A – 49, a figure to check when planning the circuit for a whole avenue.

Installation and what to add

The column weighs 24 kg net and ships in a 44 × 38 × 232 cm carton, which is what transport has to allow for. Fixing is not included: depending on the ground you add a ground anchor (index 180), a concrete anchor (3091) or a mounting adapter (1259). The manufacturer reserves installation and servicing for a suitably qualified person.
