Lumines ZATI LED Profile, Recessed into Plasterboard, Black Lacquered, Non-Perforated, 2.02 m

ZATI is an aluminium LED profile made for plasterboard construction: it is recessed between two boards and its edges are filled and skimmed together with the wall. Once finished, only the lit slot is visible — the profile itself disappears. This version is black lacquered (RAL 9005 matt), with non-perforated wings, in a 2.02 m length.

Two strips instead of one

The channel takes two parallel LED strips of up to 12 mm width each. That is a real difference from ordinary single-strip profiles: two strips let you either double the output in the same slot, or combine two light colours and switch them independently. The light is emitted perpendicular to the plane of the slot.

The non-perforated version — what it changes

The wings of this version are solid, with no holes. Perforation is there for screw fixing and to key the filler to the profile; the non-perforated version is meant for bonding with filler alone and gives a smoother, uniform contact surface. On long runs and heavier build-ups this is worth allowing for at the design stage.

A system, not a single part

The profile is only the base. To complete an installation you also need: a DOUBLE PMMA diffuser (clear, frosted, milky, frosted milky or black — pushed in from the top), end caps (aluminium or plastic, in white, silver, black and grey) and connectors: straight, 90° angle, 120° angle and cross angle. The connectors let a line of light turn a corner and run from wall to ceiling without a break in the slot.

Power supply and limits

The driver mounts outside the profile — it needs a planned position in the build-up with service access. The profile is not sealable; its rating is IP20, so it belongs in dry indoor rooms only.

Available lengths

ZATI is produced in 1 m, 2.02 m and 3 m lengths; non-standard lengths up to 6 m are available to order. This listing is the 2.02 m length in black.
