Norlys Grimstad 1537AL Aluminium Recessed Wall Light LED 5.9 W 2700 K

Norlys Grimstad 1537AL for discreet step lighting

Norlys Grimstad 1537AL is an aluminium LED fitting designed to be recessed into a wall. Its clean frame sits quietly within the mounting surface, so it supports the architecture rather than competing with it. The manufacturer developed this version for gentle illumination around stairs and steps, where a clearly marked route is more useful than a strong overhead beam.

Warm, controllable light

The integrated 5.9 W LED delivers 259 lm at 2700 K. This warm colour temperature gives paths and stair edges a calm evening character while keeping the fitting visually restrained. Version 1537AL is dimmable, allowing the light level to be adjusted to the setting and the time of day.

Key features

• recessed wall light from the Norlys Grimstad family,
• aluminium finish with a framed front,
• integrated LED: 5.9 W, 2700 K and 259 lm,
• dimmable operation,
• intended for stairs, steps, passageways and circulation routes.

Planning the installation

Use Grimstad beside an entrance, along outdoor steps, near a driveway or beside a walkway when the project calls for low-level orientation light. Norlys also identifies walls, passageways and corridors as suitable locations. A repeated sequence of fittings can create a clear rhythm along the route; final spacing, wall preparation and electrical connection should be planned by a qualified installer.
