KALU TRACK is an LED spotlight for a 3-phase high-voltage track in the Eurostandard/EUTRAC system. The adapter is part of the fitting — it clips straight into the track with nothing extra needed. The body is aluminium, finished in white, 10.5 cm across and 17 cm in overall height.

A wide beam, not a spot

The defining figure here is the 95° beam angle. That is very wide for a track fitting — a typical accent spot gives 24° or 36°. KALU TRACK therefore does not draw a hard circle on a picture or a display; it floods a large area evenly. This is a track fitting for general lighting: over a counter, across a sales floor, in an open-plan office — anywhere several fittings should produce uniform light rather than a row of bright pools.

Light quality

The 13 W LED module delivers 970 lm at 3000 K warm white. Colour rendering is CRI 90, clearly above the market-standard 80: fabrics, wood, leather and skin tones keep their true colour, which matters in a clothing shop, a furniture showroom or a gallery. Efficacy is about 74 lm/W and the declared lifetime 25,000 hours.

Aiming and dimming

The fitting rotates and tilts: 350° horizontally and 90° vertically, so once clipped into the track it can be aimed almost anywhere, including straight down. Dimming is by phase-cut dimmer, and SLV states compatibility with both leading-edge and trailing-edge control — convenient, because you do not have to match the dimmer to a specific technology. The dimmer is not included.

Operating conditions

Power comes straight from the track, 220–240 V ~ 50/60 Hz. Protection class II — no earth connection required. The IP20 rating restricts it to dry interiors. Permitted ambient temperature is −20 to 35 °C. Net weight 0.5 kg.
