Jupiter TULUZA 1868 is a pendant light with two separate drops suspended from a long black ceiling canopy. Each has a slim black section above a glass shade and chrome details. The transparent glass leaves the bulb visible, making the chosen bulb part of the composition even when the light is switched off.
Two pendants across a 44 cm width
The fitting is 44 cm wide, with a manufacturer-stated height range of 39–80 cm. Compare these dimensions with your ceiling height and the position of a table or island when planning the installation. The range describes the fitting as a whole; the 80 cm figure should not be interpreted as a separately specified cable length.
The two shades arranged in a line can be considered above a dining table or kitchen island. TULUZA can also provide a hanging accent in a living room or bedroom, provided there is appropriate clearance beneath it. It is not a low-profile ceiling fitting, so account for the hanging elements when deciding where it will sit.
Replaceable bulbs are purchased separately
The light has two E27 sockets, and the manufacturer's power designation is 2×E27/15W. Light sources are not included. Choose two compatible bulbs, taking account of the permitted power as well as the light output and colour temperature you want.
The clear shades do not conceal the shape of the light sources. This matters when choosing a visible bulb envelope or filament; bulbs shown in the product photograph do not mean they are supplied with the fitting. E27 identifies the bulb base rather than a particular brightness.
Steel, glass and restrained geometry
The manufacturer specifies steel and glass in chrome and black. A rectangular canopy, narrow black sections and transparent shades give the design a modern, minimalist character.
