Ares Jackie 842800.2 is a compact outdoor wall light that directs illumination downwards while adding a clean cylindrical detail to the façade. Its light grey finish pairs naturally with render, concrete, brick and contemporary window frames. The clear glass diffuser leaves the optical opening visible, producing a defined pool of light immediately below the mounting position rather than scattering light in every direction.

Built for an exposed wall

The body is made from low-copper die-cast aluminium. Ares protects it with a two-stage coating: an epoxy powder layer provides chemical and mechanical resistance, while the final polyester powder layer resists ultraviolet light and weathering. The IP54 rating protects the internal parts against harmful dust deposits and splashing water. IK08 impact resistance adds useful protection where a wall fitting may be knocked accidentally.

Focused light for entrances and routes

Jackie can be placed beside an entrance, on a terrace wall, near a garage door or at regular intervals along an exterior passage. Its downward beam marks the wall and the surface beneath the fitting, helping define thresholds and wayfinding points. Repeating the fixture creates a measured rhythm across a façade without introducing a visually busy shape. The restrained form suits modern and modernist architecture, where materials and proportions should remain prominent.
