Luces Exclusivas BARCA LE71500 bollard light, anthracite, 65 cm, E27

Luces Exclusivas BARCA LE71500 is an anthracite bollard light standing 65 cm high. A slender aluminium cylinder meets a clear acrylic cover at the top, where a curved cutaway exposes the bulb and gives the otherwise restrained outline its defining detail.

A narrow footprint beside a path

The fitting measures 9 cm across and 9 cm deep. Compare those dimensions with the planned border strip, and check the height against nearby planting so that foliage will not conceal the head. Its low format suits a garden path, terrace edge or the side of a driveway rather than the role of a tall street light illuminating an entire property. Position it outside the walking route and clear of door swings.

The IP65 rating means the enclosure is dust-tight and protected against water jets. This outdoor fitting requires a 230 V supply; it is not a solar light or a portable battery lamp.

Choose the E27 bulb separately

There is one E27 socket, with a maximum permitted bulb power of 12 W. No bulb is supplied. Along with the cap type and power, check the bulb's physical dimensions against the space inside the cover before purchasing. Light colour and brightness depend on the bulb selected, rather than being fixed properties of the BARCA name.

Because the upper cover is transparent, the bulb remains visible when switched off. Its appearance therefore matters as well as its lighting specifications. The bulb shown in the photographs illustrates the arrangement but is not an included component.
