Material by BAZAR BIZAR is a medium-brown teak coaster for a cup or glass. Its square outline has rounded corners, while the smooth surface keeps the visible grain at the centre of its simple, natural appearance.
Check the base of your cup
The coaster measures 10 × 10 cm and is 0.8 cm high. Compare that footprint with the base of the cup or glass you plan to use: the vessel should rest on the coaster without its base extending beyond the edges. This is a place for a drink on the table rather than a support for a large serving platter.
The teak and restrained shape suit minimalist table settings and accessories that display natural materials. Use it when serving drinks in a kitchen or dining room, or on a living-room table. The manufacturer identifies handmade production in Indonesia and natural variations in the appearance of the wood.
Caring for the teak
Remove stains with mild soapy water, then wipe the surface dry with a soft cloth. Avoid prolonged exposure to moisture and do not put the coaster in a microwave. After cleaning, keep it dry before using it again.
