CustomForm SKAP BLACK 1R1 DOOR storage cabinet, black, 60 cm

CustomForm SKAP BLACK 1R1 DOOR is a black storage cabinet with one enclosed box held within a metal frame. Its solid door and furniture-board sides form a compact body above slender legs. This is the single-door version, rather than a tall bookcase with several open shelves.

Allow for the whole cabinet

The overall height is 60 cm. The manufacturer lists a length of 45 cm and a width of 40 cm, giving a 45 × 40 cm footprint to consider when planning its position. The individual SKAP box measures 40 × 40 × 40 cm. Those box dimensions do not describe the complete furniture item with its frame and legs.

If you are considering it beside a bed, compare the cabinet height with your own mattress height. Beside a wall or another piece of furniture, leave space for the door to open as well. The closed footprint does not account for that extra clearance. At 60 cm high, this version is a small auxiliary storage unit, not a multi-level home library.

One compartment behind a door

The opaque front keeps stored items out of sight. This arrangement can be useful for small belongings in a living room, bedroom or study when open display is not wanted. A visible frame surrounds the top surface, so take that raised edge into account when deciding what to place on top.

The wider SKAP collection includes different configurations, but this listing is for one black box with a door. It should not be confused with the drawer version or a combination of several modules. Collection photographs show other furniture arrangements, not the contents of this offer.

Black panels within a geometric frame

The combination of furniture board and metal, together with the clear rectangular framework, supports modern, minimalist and industrial interiors. Both the box and its supporting structure are black. This is not the oak-coloured version seen in some collection images, nor is it a solid-wood cabinet.
