NORLYS Frigga 2152BL is a black LED bollard, 50 cm high, with a vertically fluted body and a square glass head. Its extruded aluminium housing is powder-coated in RAL 9005. The upper section is crystal glass with an internally satin-finished surface. Straight geometry and repeated vertical grooves give this low outdoor light a modern, restrained Scandinavian character.
A low bollard beside paths and terraces
The 14 × 14 × 50 cm dimensions help establish the space required beside a garden path, terrace or driveway before fixing positions are prepared. This is a low-level light, not a fitting mounted at eye level. Allow for a clear walking route as well as cable routing when deciding where to place it. The same form can be used beside pedestrian paths in parks. Spacing between fittings should follow a lighting design rather than just the appearance of an evenly arranged row; the width of the housing does not establish how much ground one fitting will adequately illuminate.
Warm white light with DALI2 control
The built-in LED module produces warm white light at 2700 K. The complete luminaire delivers 304 lm, with a 4.6 W module and total power consumption of 4.8 W. Its exposed glass head does not confine the light to a narrow downward cone, so consider visibility of the illuminated head when choosing a position. DALI2 requires a suitable control installation and should not be treated as compatibility with an ordinary wall dimmer. Both the LED module and control gear are replaceable by a professional service, rather than being user-replaceable components.
Fixing and separately purchased parts
The fitting is rated IP65 and IK06 and operates on 220–240 V. Installation must be carried out by a suitably qualified person. There are three 9 mm fixing holes on a 65 mm diameter circle, spaced at 120°. Mounting screws are not included. Norlys anchors and mounting adapters are also purchased separately and selected for the support surface. The manufacturer notes that the crystal glass may gradually develop an amber tint; allow for this possible change when planning the appearance of a complete installation.
