LARISA R 22 3CCT is a round ceiling light 22 cm across and only 5.8 cm deep, in a white minimal frame. It mounts on the ceiling surface and weighs 576 grams.
Three colour temperatures, switched on the fitting
The 3CCT in the name is this model’s most important property: there is a switch on the body that changes the colour temperature between 3000 K, 4000 K and 6500 K. The choice is made at installation (or later, by taking the cover off) — not from a remote and not from an app. In practice one fitting covers warm light for a hallway, neutral for working and cold 6500 K for a utility room, and the decision can wait until the fitting goes up.
How much light it gives
At 20 W the fitting delivers 1500 lumens, about 75 lm/W. That is enough as the only source in a hallway, corridor, dressing room or a small room of 6–8 m²; in a larger room it works better as supplementary light or in multiples. Colour rendering is CRI 80.
The LED is built in
This is an integrated LED fitting — there is no bulb to unscrew and none to buy. The other side of the same coin: when its life ends the whole fitting is replaced, not the source. The manufacturer declares 20,000 hours, which at three hours a day is around eighteen years.
This version is not dimmable
Rendl lists a separate model, LARISA R 22 3CCT DIMM, with TRIAC dimming — if the fitting has to work with a dimmer, that is the number to order. This item (R14354) is the non-dimming version.
The weight matters here
576 grams is very little for a 22 cm ceiling fitting — comparable lights with a metal body weigh 1.5–2 kg. Mounting into plasterboard or a suspended ceiling therefore needs no more than ordinary cavity anchors, with no hunting for a supporting profile.

LARISA is a broad series: the round versions R 12, R 22, R 30, R 40 and R 60, the square SQ 17, the elongated 115×15 and the outdoor OUT 12 and OUT 22 — and this same R 22 comes in three colours: white (this model), black and pearl gold.
