Luces Exclusivas ACATIC LE73509 LED bollard light, black, 70 cm, 3000 K

Luces Exclusivas ACATIC LE73509 is a black garden bollard with a cylindrical body and a transparent band beneath a flat circular cap. Its aluminium and acrylic construction gives the light section a clear separation from the long lower body. This is the 70 cm tall version.

Allowing for the bollard beside a path

The diameter is 13.4 cm, so the footprint is relatively small, but height also matters when comparing the fitting with edging, planting and nearby structures. Check both measurements against the intended position rather than considering the width of the path alone. Keep the body outside the walking route and clear of the swing of a gate.

This is a low-level standing outdoor fitting, not a tall street lantern. Consider it beside pedestrian routes, at a terrace edge or alongside a driveway where people and vehicles retain enough clearance. The manufacturer places it in its outdoor lighting range and specifies IP54 protection. The stated lumen value alone does not establish a suitable spacing between multiple fittings.

Warm white light from an integrated LED

The LED source is included and integrated into the fitting, so there is no separate screw-in bulb to choose. The manufacturer specifies 12 W, a source light output of 594 lm and a colour temperature of 3000 K. This denotes warm white light. When combining it with other garden lighting, compare colour temperatures rather than expecting equal wattages to give the same light colour.
