Lucide CARO-LED 13955/20/12 is a four-light ceiling spotlight with a gently curved bar. Its satin-chrome metal construction combines a slender rail, small round heads and a central ceiling plate. It is an alternative to a single fixed shade when you want to direct light towards several parts of a room from one electrical connection.
Four heads with individual direction
The spotlights rotate and tilt, with Lucide specifying 360° directional adjustment. Each head can therefore be aimed towards a different area, shelf or picture. In a living room, hallway or study, the final distribution depends on both the ceiling position and the way you set the four heads after installation. The narrow bar and exposed joints give the fitting a modern, technical appearance rather than an ornate silhouette. Redirecting the heads changes where the beams fall without moving the central mounting plate.
Replaceable bulbs and warm-white light
The manufacturer's configuration includes four replaceable GU10 LED bulbs, each rated at 5 W with a colour temperature of 2700 K. The stated 350 lm is the output of each bulb, not the output of the complete four-light fitting. A 38° beam angle provides directional light for selected surfaces rather than the broad diffusion of an enclosed shade. Neither the fitting nor the manufacturer's supplied bulbs is dimmable. Operation is by a conventional wall switch, which is not included in the manufacturer's package.
Check the space across the ceiling
The fitting measures 78 cm across, 9 cm deep and 13 cm high. Before ordering, compare the bar's span with the available ceiling area and nearby furniture. Its height is fixed: the adjustable feature is the direction of the heads, not the distance from the ceiling. Designed for indoor use, it requires connection to an electrical installation with a protective earth. Installation should be carried out by a qualified electrician. Disconnect the power and allow the bulbs to cool before replacing them.
