MEMO METAL 50 is a square side table made entirely of metal in RAL 3020 red. The top is a solid, smooth plate, and the base is built from thin square-section rods braced by a diagonal strut on each side.
How big it is and where it fits
The top measures 50 × 50 cm, so the table takes up half a square metre of floor. The footprint is the same width on both axes — a dimension to compare with the free space beside an armchair or at the end of a sofa, including a spot in a corner.
The top sits 45 cm above the floor, roughly the seat height of an armchair or sofa, which is usually designed between 44 and 47 cm. A mug or a book left on it stays within reach of someone seated, without bending down to the floor.
What it is made of
Top and frame are both metal, in a single colour matching code RAL 3020. RAL is a standardised palette, so the shade can be reproduced and matched against other furnishings finished from the same reference.
The base is open: thin rods leave the floor visible under the top, so the table does not visually close off the spot it stands in. There is no shelf and no enclosed body — the top is the whole usable surface.
The Memo collection
The table belongs to the Memo collection, in which the manufacturer runs tops in several sizes plus a console built from the same rods. In the 50 cm size there is also a MEMO SOLID WOOD version with a wooden top on the same base.
