NORLYS Frigga 2151CG is a 50 cm garden bollard with a vertically fluted body and a crystal-glass head. This cement-grey version has a RAL 7033 finish. Its square cross-section and clearly separated glass top give it a restrained modern appearance that also suits Scandinavian approaches to outdoor design.
A low fitting beside paths and terraces
The overall dimensions are 14 × 14 × 50 cm. Compare that height with nearby planting and the edge of the paving before deciding on a position. This is a low fitting for the side of a walkway, terrace or driveway, not a tall street-lighting column. Allow space for its fixed base without reducing the usable width of the route.
The body is made from powder-coated extruded aluminium, while the crystal glass is satin-finished on the inside. Norlys notes that the glass may develop an amber tint over time. IP65 protection and an IK06 impact rating support outdoor installation, but should not be read as a guarantee against every kind of damage.
4000 K light with DALI2 control
The integrated LED module provides neutral-white light at 4000 K; the luminaire output is 335 lm. The exposed glass head does not direct all of that light down towards the paving. The technical sheet specifies an upward light output ratio of 85%, an important consideration where limiting upward emission is part of the lighting plan.
The LED module is rated at 4.6 W and the complete fitting consumes 4.7 W. Its electronic driver supports DALI2 control, so plan for the appropriate control installation rather than assuming compatibility with any wall dimmer. Both the light source and control gear can be replaced by professional service personnel; this is not a fitting for routine household bulb changes.
Plan the fixing and electrical connection
The supply range is 220–240 V and the fitting is protection class I. Three 9 mm mounting holes are arranged at 120° intervals on a 65 mm diameter circle. Anchors and mounting adapters are sold separately. Installation and servicing should be carried out by suitably qualified personnel.
