The Songmics LLR03L is a rolling clothes rack on four castors, built from stainless-steel-plated tubes and blue ABS connectors. It carries two hanging rails one above the other, and the frame telescopes to change its height.
How big it is and where it fits
The rack is 87 cm long and 67 cm deep. Depth is the figure to compare with the free wall space you have: loaded with clothes it takes a deeper strip than a typical chest of drawers, and walking past it comfortably adds roughly another 80 cm.
Height adjusts between 100 and 165 cm. At its lowest it clears a sloped ceiling or a wardrobe shelf overhead; at its highest a long coat or dress hangs from the upper rail without touching the floor.
What it holds and how it moves
The manufacturer rates each rail at 25 kg, provided the plastic joints are tightened all the way. That figure counts separately for the lower and the upper rail rather than for the rack as a whole.
It rolls on four castors that swivel through 360Β°, two of them with brakes. A loaded rack can be pushed into the next room, and with the brakes on it stays where you leave it.
Assembly and what comes in the box
The rack ships in an 89 Γ 33 Γ 10.3 cm carton and weighs 5.1 kg. You put it together yourself from tubes and connectors and take it apart just as quickly when it is not needed. The box holds the tubes, the plastic connectors and four castors; the lower shoe shelves of the white sister version are not part of this one.
