Zambelis 19414 is a metal suspension kit for 3-phase lighting tracks in the 100–240 V system. It has an adjustable steel wire measuring 200 cm. A silver-coloured wire, cylindrical ceiling fitting and track bracket give the assembly a restrained technical appearance. This is mounting hardware, not a light fitting or a length of track.
Planning the suspension height
The two-metre wire allows the hanging height of a compatible track to be selected. Compare its length with the intended ceiling-to-track distance and check that the bracket matches your Zambelis track system before ordering. The 100–240 V designation describes the track system. The steel wire is a suspension component, not an electrical supply cable.
Spacing and load limits
The installation instructions for 19414 recommend one suspension kit for every metre of track and state a maximum load of 10 kg/m. Choose the number of kits for the complete planned track run rather than assuming that one kit will support any length. The stated load is per metre of the installation; it should not be presented as the capacity of an individual wire.
Connecting ceiling and track
The manufacturer's diagram shows the ceiling fitting through which the steel wire is threaded and a cable gripper connected to the suspension bracket. A screw secures the bracket to the track. Read the manufacturer's instructions before installation and retain them for future reference. The metallic parts remain visible when suspended. A complete lighting installation also requires the appropriate track and luminaires.
