Trio LUIS II 595700108 is a small table lamp combining a matt brass-coloured metal body with a white glass shade marked by a delicate swirled pattern. A slim stem rises from the round base to a shade that widens towards its lower edge. This version switches on and off by touch.
Planning a place beside your furniture
The lamp measures 32 cm in overall height and 12 cm in diameter. Compare those dimensions with the space available on a bedside table or chest of drawers, especially if books or a phone will share the surface. Allow for the shade as well as the base, and leave room to reach the touch control. Route the power cable to the socket without taking it across a walkway.
The manufacturer identifies living rooms and bedrooms, and also describes placement in a study or on a hallway chest. These are locations for an additional light point at furniture level, rather than a promise that one lamp will illuminate the whole room. Choose one E14 bulb separately

The touch function provides on/off switching only. This model is not dimmable, and touching it does not select a different brightness level. Check the bulb's dimensions against the space inside the shade as well as checking its socket type.
A classic silhouette and patterned glass
The circular base, slender support and softly patterned glass suit classic interiors. Matt brass describes the metal's finish; it does not mean the complete lamp is made of solid brass. Even when switched off, the white shade remains visually distinct from the brass-coloured stem below it.
