Trysil 1060GR Norlys Pole Light Graphite LED 3000K 300 cm

Trysil 1060GR is an integrated pole light 300 cm tall: a straight column of extruded aluminium profile turns at the top into an arm carrying the LED head. The whole fitting is powder-coated in graphite RAL 7016, and the head is closed underneath by a clear, textured diffuser of UV-stabilised polycarbonate. The manufacturer intends it for lighting private grounds — a driveway, a garden path or the area around a terrace.

Size and installation

The column is 300 cm high and the arm with the head reaches 71 cm horizontally — allow that much over the path or driveway the light is meant to cover. The fitting weighs 19.2 kg net. According to the manufacturer's installation manual, the pole is bolted with M14 bolts to the B-50 concrete foundation (art. 3091GA0009). Neither the foundation nor the sealed connection box with a 6 A fuse (art. 7666ZX0009) is included — both are ordered separately.

The terminals take cable up to 3 × 4 mm² and allow the supply to be looped on to the next fitting (up to 3 × 2.5 mm²), so several poles along a path can run from a single circuit. Connection is a job for a qualified electrician; the light is protection class I and needs an earth conductor.

What light it gives

Two integrated LED modules draw 17 W together, and the fitting delivers 1667 lm at 3000 K, a warm white. The light is diffuse and directed downwards in a hemisphere: the manufacturer states 0% upward light (ULOR) and a BUG rating of B1-U1-G1, so the pole lights the ground beneath it rather than the sky.

It can be dimmed with a phase dimmer — the manufacturer specifies both trailing-edge and leading-edge dimming, so it works with either dimmer type.

Lifetime and service

The manufacturer rates the LED modules at 102,000 h (L80) and the driver at 50,000 h. The light source is not a bulb you change yourself, but the LED module and driver can be replaced by a service technician — Norlys keeps the ZS1084zx0009 service kit for this fitting. The housing is rated IP65 and IK10 for impact, and the diffuser is sealed with a silicone gasket.
