YAPACANI LE44977 is a ceiling bar carrying three spotlights on a shared, elongated base. The body and the cylindrical heads are metal in a brushed grey finish, and each head has a black ring around the light opening. Every spotlight sits on its own joint, so the three beams can be aimed independently of one another.

Dimensions and mounting

With its heads the bar is 58 cm long and 17 cm high, and a single head is 7 cm in diameter. Those 17 cm are the distance from the ceiling to the lower edge of the spotlights — a figure to compare with the room height, especially under a low ceiling or above a walkway.

The fitting is surface-mounted: the base is screwed straight to the ceiling, with no cut-out needed.

Light sources

Each of the three heads has a GU10 socket, and the manufacturer allows a lamp of up to 10 W in it. Classic GU10 halogen lamps are usually 35–50 W and exceed that limit, so in practice the fitting takes GU10 LED lamps. Bulbs are not included — you need to buy three, and you choose the colour and brightness of the light yourself, for example 2700–3000 K for warm light or 4000 K for neutral white. The fitting runs on 230 V.

Form and series

The plain, technical form — smooth cylinders on short arms and a flat bar without ornament — is modern in style. The YAPACANI series also includes smaller versions of these spotlights, which the manufacturer intends for ceiling or wall mounting.
