Zambelis E123 Outdoor Wall Light, Graphite, 1×GU10, IP54

Zambelis E123 is a compact outdoor wall light with a single downward-facing light opening. Its graphite aluminium housing has a rectangular block shape and a finely textured surface, with tempered glass covering the circular opening underneath. It takes a replaceable GU10 bulb rather than an integrated LED module.

Allowing space beside an entrance

The body measures 9 cm high, 6.5 cm wide and 9.2 cm long. Compare these measurements with the available wall area and the distance from a door frame before choosing its position. This is a surface-mounted fitting: the body remains outside the wall rather than sitting in a recessed opening. A small housing does not itself define the reach of the light, which also depends on the bulb and mounting height.

The downward opening supports local lighting at an entrance, on a balcony or terrace wall, or on a masonry fence element. It can also be used at a hotel entrance. One fitting should not be assumed to illuminate an entire driveway without assessing the chosen light source and layout.

A bulb to choose separately

The manufacturer does not include a bulb. Choose one GU10 light source rated at no more than 15 W. Its colour temperature, luminous flux and beam angle determine the resulting light. The warm appearance in the product photograph therefore does not specify a fixed colour temperature for the supplied fitting. When choosing the bulb, compare its lighting data with the intended use, not just the fitting's maximum wattage.

Block form and installation requirements

Flat faces, a graphite texture and the absence of decorative arms support a modern, minimalist style. E123 can follow the straight divisions of a façade without introducing a traditional lantern outline. The glazed opening sits beneath the body, not across its front face.

IP54 provides limited protection against dust and protection against splashing water, not immersion. The fitting operates at 220–240 V and is electrical safety class I, requiring a protective earth connection. Its instructions specify installation and maintenance by a qualified electrician with the power switched off. The manufacturer states a three-year warranty.
