ABIGALI is a Polish lighting brand run by Greenie Polska, a company based in Warsaw. The brand sums itself up in three words, innovative, technologically advanced and design-led, and says it wants to join art with function. Its lamps are meant for homes, but also for offices, shops and other commercial interiors, and the range runs from pendants and ceiling lights to wall, floor and table lamps and outdoor lights.
The brand works in several styles at once and names them itself: industrial, modern, classic and minimalist. Its most distinctive idea is the Marble Stone series, with shades made of a thin layer of natural marble, about 3 mm thick, that lets light glow through the stone. Other families draw on nature, with pendants shaped like a lotus flower, a pine cone or a feather, and there are LED wall lights that throw the outline of antlers or other figures onto the wall. At the opposite end sits the Retro line: black metal, bare bulbs and the plain lines of an old workshop.
