ALGATOC is a floor lamp reduced to a single vertical line: a slim black profile 150 cm tall standing on a small square base 20 cm across. It takes up about as much floor as a vase, and it glows along its whole length.
Dimming by touch
Brightness is set by touch on the fixture itself — no remote, no wall dimmer, no extra wiring. Run a finger along the profile to drop from full output to a soft evening glow.
Light
The built-in LED module draws 26 W and gives 806 lm at a warm 3000 K. This is light for atmosphere rather than for tasks: it sets a mood beside an armchair or sofa, or in the corner of a living room, office or hospitality space.
Build
The body combines aluminium, steel and silicone, finished throughout in deep matte black. An IP20 rating makes it an indoor fitting. The light source is integrated and supplied with the lamp.
