Endon Suki 98256 is a floor lamp base with a twisted steel stem and an antique brass plated finish. A round stepped foot anchors the slim silhouette, while the spiral detail gives it a classical character. This is the base-only version: neither a lampshade nor a bulb is included. Allow for the shade as well as the base
The stated height of 131 cm and diameter of 23 cm describe the base itself. They are not the overall dimensions of a finished lamp with a shade fitted. When planning a position beside a sofa or armchair, allow separately for the width and height of your chosen shade. The twisted stem remains a visible part of the design below it.
The brass appearance is a finish on steel, not a claim that the base is made from solid brass. Its traditional detailing provides a starting point for supplementary lighting in a living room, bedroom or hotel room. The shade you select will also influence the finished appearance.
A replaceable bulb and foot-operated switch
The single E27 holder takes an LED bulb rated at no more than 10 W. Buy the bulb separately. Its specification determines brightness and light colour, while the shade also affects light distribution. This base does not have a fixed 806 lm output or an integrated LED module.
An inline foot switch on the 2 m black cable provides on/off control; Suki is not dimmable. Check the distance to the socket when choosing its position, keep the switch accessible and route the cable away from walking paths.
Placement and care
The instructions require a stable, flat surface. This is an indoor fitting and is not suitable for a bathroom. Disconnect it from the mains before cleaning or replacing the bulb, and allow the bulb to cool. Clean only with a dry cloth, without liquid or abrasive cleaners.
