GES2320 Outdoor Wall Sconce, Brown, Gea Luce, IP65

Gea Luce GES2320 is a brown outdoor wall light with a compact geometric housing and a single light emission. Its body is die-cast aluminium, with transparent glass covering the light source. Adjustable shutters sit inside the light opening, allowing the beam to change while the external shape remains the same.

Shape the light falling on the wall

The internal shutters adjust the beam within a 0–90° range. This gives a choice between a narrower accent and a broader light pattern on the adjacent surface. It is not an up-and-down fitting with simultaneous light in two opposite directions. When choosing its position, consider where the illuminated patch should fall and how wide that patch needs to be.

Plain surfaces and the absence of decorative arms give the brown housing a restrained appearance suited to modern and minimalist architecture. It can accent a facade beside an entrance, terrace or balcony. The IP65 rating supports outdoor wall installation; it does not remove the need for a correctly completed electrical connection.

Select the colour temperature before installation

The included integrated LED module uses 10 W, so there is no separate screw-in bulb to select. Before final installation, choose 3000 K, 4000 K or 6500 K for warm, neutral or cool light respectively. This is an installation-stage selection, not continuously variable colour control during everyday use.

The manufacturer lists 300, 350 and 360 lm for those three settings. Compare these figures and the beam distribution with the intended wall effect rather than treating wattage alone as a measure of brightness. GES2320 operates by switching on and off and is not dimmable. Adjusting the shutters changes the light pattern, not its electrical dimming behaviour.

Connection and cleaning

The supply is 220–240 V AC, and qualified personnel must install the fitting. Disconnect the mains before any work. The instructions recommend a damp cloth with mild detergent, followed by gentle drying with a soft cloth. Keep water and cleaning products away from cables and electrical components.
