Gea Luce GES2351 is a grey LED street light with an elongated, flat head and a tubular mounting connection. Rows of lenses cover most of its underside. Its rounded outline and side connection distinguish it from a rectangular floodlight on a bracket. This is an outdoor fitting with an integrated light source, rather than a holder for a separately selected bulb.
A broad beam in neutral white
The GES2351 version is rated at 100 W, with a stated luminous flux of 10000 lm and a colour temperature of 4000 K. That gives neutral white light rather than a warm decorative tone. The colour temperature belongs to this particular version; it is not chosen by fitting a different household bulb.
The manufacturer specifies direct light emission and a 130° beam. This is a broad distribution for lighting an area, not a narrow spotlight for picking out a small detail. When planning lighting for a driveway, car park or building surroundings, account for mounting height and orientation. The lumen figure alone does not establish illuminance at ground level or the spacing required between fittings.
On-off operation, not dimming
With its integrated LED source, this fitting does not require you to select an E27 or GU10 lamp. The technical sheet specifies On-Off control and explicitly states that it is not dimmable. If your project needs adjustable brightness, this version does not provide that function. Its supply requirement is 220–240 V AC at 50/60 Hz, which the electrical installation must match.
Outdoor installation and mounting
IP65 means dust-tight construction and protection against water jets, not suitability for immersion. Class II is a separate electrical protection classification and should not be confused with the IP rating. The plain grey form has a modern, technical appearance suited to functional facade and outdoor lighting. Its visible tubular connection needs a compatible supporting structure; this is not a freestanding lamp with its own base. Compare the mounting drawing with the proposed support before ordering.
